India is the biggest democratic country in the world but it is very shameful condition for country where half of the total eligible voters don't use their voting right. In a country like India, voters must have to understand the power of their vote because even in 21st century, General Elections are fight on the basic problems like Roads, Foods, Shelter, Electricity, Unemployment, Inflation, Corruption, Education and Poor Healthcare instead of Technology, Research, Innovations, Tourism, Higher Education and Foreign Relations. Thus the role of voters becomes more important to choose the strong and stable government which provide maximum governance and zero corruption and make the country fee from these basic problems ASAP.
India is also one of the youngest country in the world. We have 1.30 bn Hindustanis who can lead India as a world leader. But how is it possible to be Global Leader and How the world will look towards India as a rising star till we don't overcome from these basic problems??? So what we have to do? How to lead India towards world leader? It is possible only by choosing a right person in General Election and the right person will come only when the voting turnout percentage should be 95-100 instead of 45-50.
Here, I am suggesting some points to conduct fair voting and to increase voting turnout percent for EC but I have a story to share with you first of all. I belongs to Etah district that is only 200 KM far from New Delhi at NH 91. In this general election I used my voting right first time, and I observed lots of shortcoming in the election that lead to unfair voting and low voting turnout. First, in India general election conducted in the summer and in the noon the temperature reached up to 35 degree centigrade and there was no shelter for those voter who came late stand in the long ques. This is the primary reason why voting go down in the noon compared to the morning and evening. Second, there is a big number of migrant labor and voters who reside far from the home town. I called to my cousin (who is my neighbor also), is working in Gurgaon. I insist him to come home and do the vote but he simply denied by saying unable to come due to Non-Holiday. And if I come then fix amount from the salary will be deducted. I was not not happy at all. General election is like the holy festival for the democracy but a large number does not participate in this festival.
This LS election is remarkable to me. In this election I saw how dogmas voting takes place. After doing my vote, I went to polling booth no. 50 again with my family. It was around 10 o'clock. The weather was little hot. My family members was standing in the ques and I set near the shadow of the tree where Karyakartas of polling booth were talking. One of them said ,"Aaj ek Amma aayi CYCLE par sawaar hone lekin button toh dikh na raho une. Maine ungali pakdi aur dabaa di FLOWER pe - Ye h CYCLE amma." I was also enjoying there because I was also supporter of this party but very soon I realize it is not fair. Any vote is going against the wish of the voter will not help to change the politics.
Thus, after considering the experience of my first vote, I have some suggestions to Election Commission of India to take into consideration for fair voting and to increase voting turnout percent. These are as follows :
If the EC of India follow these instructions, I am damn sure that voting turnout percent would be 90-95 and we can hope for good candidates in the parliament who can lead the country.
Thank you.

- Free Transportation and Re-embracement to migrant labor.
- Canvas shelter and Cooling fan should be provided at all polling booth to make relief who stand in the ques.
- Voting period must be one month and if it is not possible then voting should on weekends.
- Anyone should cast his vote from anywhere so that NRIs and Migrant voters can be participated.
- Focus to improve education level and spread awareness among the voters about the power of one vote.
- Volunteers should be provided for Senior Citizens and Physically Handicapped and allow one family member inside the polling booth with super senior citizens to control dogmas voting.
- Right to Reject taken into consideration.
- Voting should be compulsory.
- There must a penalty not to cast vote.
- Use IVM in General election instead of EVM to control booth capturing.
Note: IVM is abbreviation of Integrated Voting Machine that use Bio-Metric data to the voters to cast their vote. It is able to stop dogmas voting and booth capturing.
Thank you.

Remember.... Your vote not only helps to pick the right candidate but also the policy.
